Air Interlacing Jet from TEMCO
From soft-tangling to continuous interlacing, TEMCO is offering the new LD 22 CI, an extension of the LD 22 product family. The technology is based on the well-tried interlacing performance of the LD 1 Interlacing jet and adapted to the modular design of the LD 22 production line. The LD 22 CI offers smooth threading due to open/close housing of the jet and low air consumption due to the automatic stop of air supply when opening the jet. The adjustable yarn guide angle guarantees an optimised yarn path and higher process stability. In addition to texturing, the LD 22 CI interlacing jet is also suitable for air interlacing of flat yarns, e.g. when draw-twisting, draw- winding and spinning. The titer range is from 22-330 dtex. For more information, visit the TEMCO web site at www.temco.de.

Rieter FTF draw-texturing machine |
New Draw-texturing Machine from Rieter
Rieter Filament Yarn Technologies has introduced a new draw-texturing machine. Designed for large production plants, the new Rieter FTF draw-texturing machine is computer controlled and driven by frequency converters. Combining Scragg and ICBT technology, the machine is designed to operate on two independent sides of 108 positions each, with three take-up decks. This allows a high concentration of spindles per square meter. Further, a straight yarn path in the texturing zone provides maximum flexibility for texturing polyester, nylon and even microfiber. The FTF also claims 15% lower energy consumption than any comparable machine on the market. For more information, visit the Rieter web site at www.rieter.com
